Moroccan Customer 3T Column Jib Crane Transaction Case

On July 8, 2022, the Moroccan customer’s inquiry was received. He sent an inquiry and introduced his company’s situation. The client is a company specializing in port machinery maintenance and preventive maintenance. Hope to establish a long-term cooperation with us. And Their company needs a column jib crane this time.

The client’s requirements are as follows:
– Height under hook: 4.5 m
– The range of the stem: 5 m
– Stem capacity: 3T
– 360° rotary (electric)
– The gallows will be on a massif at our expense

After receiving his inquiry, we send an email to the customer to confirm the specific use and parameters of this 3t column jib crane. Then according to the specific needs of the customer, we sent a quotation to him.

On July 15th, we contact the customer’s WhatsApp again to ask if he has received our quotation. We ask him that what is his opinion on our quotation, and say that if he has any questions, he can ask us in time.

After seeing our quotation, the customer said that he is the boss of the company and is very satisfied with our product.

He asked us for our product catalogue, saying that he has cooperated with many crane companies, and he hopes to cooperate with us more in the future.

Next, we sent him some bank slips and purchase order of our other customers, and shared some pictures and videos of our customers’ feedback with him.

A week later, the customer said to confirm the order, but since their country stipulates that they can only make payment under the terms of the letter of credit at sight, our payment terms are wire transfer. And the customer hopes that we can accept their payment method.

After the application with the superior department, we agreed his payment method, 100% L/C at sight. Later, the customer prepared the letter of credit document and paid the bank. After we received the information from the bank, We started arranging the production of this 3t column jib crane.
