In November 2024, we received an inquiry from a mineral processing enterprise in Azerbaijan, primarily engaged in coarse iron ore handling. The customer was seeking to replace an aging elektrický lanový kladkostroj in their plant and reached out to us for a solution.

After confirming the working conditions and specifications, we promptly provided an FOB quotation, as the customer indicated they had a freight forwarder in China. Following the offer, there was a period of silence, despite our efforts to maintain communication by sharing payment certificates, feedback images, and related technical information.

Persistence paid off — after the New Year holiday in 2025, the customer responded to our New Year greeting and re-engaged in the discussion. They confirmed that the purchasing phase had officially begun and asked us to complete their supplier registration form and supporting documents. Once the registration was approved, we sent the Proforma Invoice (PI) as requested.

The customer arranged the payment, and we immediately began production and shipment. The elektrický lanový kladkostroj has now been shipped out and successfully loaded at the port. According to the latest update from the customer, the equipment is already en route to Azerbaijan, and they are now awaiting final delivery.
