In November 2023, Henan Seven Industry Co., Ltd received an inquiry from a Lithuanian construction engineering company for a wall-mounted jib crane. Our engineers provided a design and quotation, and the customer decided to purchase after consulting their leadership. The jib crane, designed and produced by SEVENCRANE, complies with national standards and has passed international tests. It includes a one-year warranty with free issue resolution within that period.

In November 2023, a customer inquiry was confirmed via WhatsApp. We sent a jib crane test video and Australian user feedback. After providing an accurate quotation, the customer intended to order but postponed due to vacation. Later, we sent Philippine exhibition photos, and the customer confirmed he was still on vacation. Upon requesting a PI, we quickly provided it, and the customer promptly paid the advance. The order was completed successfully in about two weeks.

In September 2023, a customer inquired about a jib crane but provided unclear requirements. We emailed information about the Australian jib crane but received no response. In October, the customer specified a need for a 3t jib crane with a 5m arm length and a 4.5m lifting height for lifting metal materials, with no special requirements. We quoted a normal BZ model. We provided feedback and bank statements from Australian and Slovenian customers and explained the load test. The customer then clarified that the 4.5m in the previous drawing referred to the lifting height, not the total height. After adjusting the quotation and drawings, the customer paid a 100% advance payment upon receiving the EORI number.

Recently, our Australian customers completed the installation of four 0.5-ton column cantilever cranes and were very satisfied, expressing a willingness to cooperate in the future. They ordered the equipment six months ago, and we shipped it in early April. After completing the infrastructure, the customer installed and tested the cranes. Initially, they were concerned that using remote controls for multiple cranes in the same space might cause interference. We assured them by detailing the measures to set different frequencies for each remote control. The customer was pleased with our solution, confirmed the order, and promptly completed the payment.

On March 28, 2024, a customer inquired about a crane with a vacuum suction cup. We sent pictures of a portable gantry crane and a BZY portable mobile jib crane, and the customer confirmed they needed a BZY jib crane. We requested product parameters. The customer asked for a confidentiality agreement before sending the RFQ, which we promptly signed. The customer's specific needs were for eight BZY portable mobile jib cranes, each equipped with a chain hoist and a vacuum suction cup. The cranes were for a Saudi automobile manufacturer's production line. We sent a quotation and design drawings based on the customer's needs. The customer had questions about the price and arranged a video conference. During the meeting, we answered questions and discussed payment methods and terms. The customer accepted our quotation but requested a discount. We agreed, and the customer sent a PO. A week later, we received the PO and issued a PI.
